Terms of Service

The rules for using TapMeny, written to be read.

Effective 27 October 2026Last updated 27 October 2026Version 1.0
The short version
  • You own your menus; we host them and show them to your guests.
  • You're responsible for what your menus say, including prices.
  • Cancel any time — your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and KrijoSpace, registered at Prishtine, Kosovo ("TapMeny", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them for yourself and for the business you register.

Legal questions: info@tapmeny.app

02Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you register.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
  • One login per person. Invite teammates instead of sharing an account.
  • Owners are responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give them.

03Your content and how you use it

You own everything you add: menus, items, photos, translations and prices. You let us store it and show it to guests through your QR codes and menu pages, only to run the service.

You're responsible for keeping your menus accurate, including prices, allergens and anything else the law requires you to show.

You also agree not to:

  • Publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
  • Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

04AI translation

Some plans include a tool that translates your menu with AI. When you use it, the names and descriptions you choose to translate, and the short business description you may have added for context, are sent to an AI provider (OpenAI, DeepSeek or Groq) to produce the translation. Nothing about your guests is sent.

Machine translation can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing translated text, especially ingredients and allergens, before guests see it. Use is limited by your plan's AI allowance for each billing period.

05Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment processor. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

  • Each plan has limits, such as locations, items, photos, menu languages, menu looks, staff accounts and AI use. If you go over a limit, for example after a downgrade, we'll email you and give you time to fix it. After that we may stop you adding more until you're back within the limits.
  • You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
  • Fees for a period that has already started aren't refunded, including when you cancel or downgrade part-way, except where the law requires it. When you upgrade part-way, the price difference is worked out for the rest of the period.

06Availability

Your QR codes keep working while your account is active. We work to keep the service running and keep improving it, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or change.

07Suspending and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data.

Once an account is closed, for any reason, its menu pages stop showing after [N] days.

09Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least [N] days before the change applies.
